Fruitful Lunch Notes by Star Kids Company - Review by Chelsea

It’s a bit of an understatement to say that this wasn’t a normal school year. After months of learning at home, followed by a summer away from the classroom, your kids will likely be a bit disoriented when they return to school in the fall. A little encouragement at lunch could be just the thing to get them through the day. Now in the shop, Fruitful Lunch Notes from Star Kids Company are an excellent resource for parents of school-age kids.

Fruitful Lunch Notes have three components - a pad for parents to write notes to their children, sturdy cards that feature scripture or explains one of the fruits of the spirit, and fun stickers. Your kids will be delighted by the vibrant colors and fun cartoon characters, the “fruits of the spirit”. The cards are durable and will hold up to be being used over and over again. Fruitful Lunch Notes are ideally suited for kids age 5-10.

Although my daughter is only 2 years old, I’m already looking forward to using Fruitful Lunch Notes to encourage her once she heads off to school.

Fruitful Lunch Notes come in a sturdy box, which will hold up well to frequent use. I see myself tucking the compact packaging in a kitchen drawer near lunch supplies. As I’m assembling my daughter’s lunch, I’ll slip in a card. If I know she has a friend who is having a rough time, I might include the card that features Proverbs 12:25, “Anxiety weighs down the heart, but a kind word cheers it up,” to encourage her to help her friend. If I know she has a big day, I might write her a quick note of encouragement on the included notepad. I could brighten her day by sneaking a fun sticker onto her fruit, and maybe sending some stickers for her to share with her friends.

I know I get stressed out, and having a ready-made resource to make getting ready for school a little bit calmer is a very exciting prospect to me!
