SEASON 2 | SACRED ORDINARY DAYS WITH JENN GILES KEMPER
Sacred Ordinary Days with Jenn Giles Kemper explores faith where it hits the pavement of work, relationships, creativity, and real life. Inspired by Jenn’s curiosity and faith (and her work as a minister and spiritual director) we’re crafting a show to help you meaningfully explore your own life with Christ — and ultimately lead you to become more wholly human and more fully faithful. On Tuesdays, join us for a conversation with folks whose words, work, and witness have shaped our team’s understanding of God and practice of faith. (Plus, we’re featuring lots of good music, prompts for your reflection and practice, and plenty of invitations into a community of kindred spirits!)

SEASON 1 | JOURNEYING THROUGH THE LITURGICAL YEAR
The first season of the Sacred Ordinary Days Podcast is a continual conversation between Jenn Giles Kemper and Lacy Clark Ellman about the seasons of the liturgical calendar. They begin discussing Advent and move forward in their conversation with a few episodes per liturgical season. In these episodes you will hear about the history of the church calendar, rhythms and practices afforded by each season, and thoughts about how to incorporate the seasons into your own life. The heart behind this podcast is that these conversations would provide encouragement, reflection, and inspiration on integrating your walk of faith with your ordinary life.
Jenn and Lacy are friends and colleagues. Both have a background in spiritual direction and a love for creating resources for Christian spiritual formation. Neither of them grew up in a liturgical church, but they have both connected with the old, but new-to-them, rhythm to be very life-giving. Their conversations about life and faith are warm, inviting, challenging and honest.
Please join the conversation and add your voice in the Sacred Ordinary Days Tribe or on social media using the hashtag #SacredOrdinaryDays! As you walk through each liturgical seasons, you may want to follow along in your Sacred Ordinary Days planner. If you don’t have a planner, you can download our free Essentials Workbook which includes all of the liturgical resources in the planner.
